*) fixed watchdog on mipsle boards;
*) traceroute - added count & max-hops parameters;
*) traceroute - added back use-dns parameter;
*) fixed usb Yota LTE modem hangup;
*) console - make newly added item names always immediately available;
*) graphing - make sure that interface graphs gets preserved across reboots;
