*) ospf - fixed LSA Type3 advertisement for OSPFv2;
*) ppc - fixed RouterOS bootup (introduced in v7.12);
*) qsfp - fixed supported rates for breakout cables;
*) winbox - added missing arguments for "MAC Format" under "Wireless/Security Profiles/RADIUS" menu;
